These sheets are amazing, customer service is not so amazing. I tried reaching out to exchange for a bigger size and the phone number provided only goes to voicemail and I have not received any response back in the email I sent a week ago.

We purchased 2 robes for our Bed & Breakfast. They are so luxurious, we plan to replace all the robes with these robes. I will be getting some for our personal use as well!! You will not be disappointed!

Sent a monogrammed set of robes as a wedding gift. When they arrived they were not monogrammed despite there being an invoice within the box indicating they should have been. Bride had to send them back for the purchased service. Although I included a message to accompany the gift, it was not enclosed, leaving the happy couple to guess from whom the gift was sent. I expected a higher standard of service from a specialty shop. I was disappointed.

Excellent quality! Had previously bought a robe for my husband from another well known rugged clothing company and in six months it shredded and pilled. Was looking for a heavy plush terry cotton robe and this certainly fits the bill! I had previously purchased a robe for myself from a well known New England inn which was made by your company. Extremely pleased with both!
