No problems easy

As a new first-time customer, I did feel a little confused. TUW was recommended to me by AIA as a quick way to find a writer and get the project going. I went in opened the project, uploaded my outline, invited writers to the project and basically got no response at all. I reached out to support and they "boosted" my visibility. I did see and pick a writer who was marked "available now" and was removed for the reason later given to me that she had to much on her plate. It was then another writer was suggested to me but she was not going to be available for almost a month. It was back and forth for over a week and I just felt a lot of time was wasted in this process. I have no issues at all with the writer I ended up with or the editor.
