Admin is very supportive. One reason I gave 4star is the response time of every communication was often delayed. Maybe due to time zone difference. And i feel like my book cover design was just for a compliance work only. Not deeply involved or putting an extra mile to it although it made my requests possible. I may had picked the wrong designer. Thus, choose wisely and carefully your designer. Overall, its a great experience as an all in one go to place. Will definitely recommend TUW and will be back for my future project.
