I started a project with the urban writers. I thought I was paying them to have writers do the work. But instead you either have to find your own platform or pay additional money to use one of their platforms. I was misinformed thinking that they would provide everything, and I wouldn't have to do anything. So I decided that I didn't want to do the project anymore. I cancel my order request before the project start date. I asked for a refund and they have refused to give me back my money. I guess I have to take that money as a lost. I will not be doing business with them again.

Your service is horrible. Placed an order with a “premium” writer and she just copied online articles i could easily track down with a quick search. The project manager didn’t say anything, which makes me think these kind of issues are normal. The writer then re wrote everything in such a way that I’m sure my 5 year old daughter could have done better.

The experience with Urban Writers went very well. It was just as expected. I had the privilege of working with a great writer. The editing process was subpar though. The editors seemed there for easy money and I found several errors in the final draft after downloading the final copy.

This was my first experience with TUW. Because of that, there was a lot of back and forth and learning how the whole process works etc. a lot of things were unclear so I had to keep checking in with the admin team which were reasonably prompt with their responses. With the team i had completing my project, most of them were really good at keeping me updated and staying in touch and easy to reach! However there were those few that were extremely hard to reach and because of that my entire project was delayed more than I’d anticipated or would’ve liked. However overall, still a good experience and pretty good service! I would recommend, but you may just want to ensure you read through each urbanites profile and flick them a message to make sure they know exactly what you want and specify the timeframe too! I know for next time now 😊
