Having had a technical problem with IT equipment and the whole thing crashed, we needed to reboot the card machine but, apparently, we had such an old model that it wasn't possible so we needed a new one. However, only the person on the account could request this and the lady had passed away so Reece was very helpful in explaining what we need to do to swap names on the account and started the ball rolling to get us a new machine ready to deliver asap. Very happy with service so far.

I’ve used RMS for a number of years and they have always been great. Last week I had a problem with my card terminal which resulted in a new machine being sent - much more modern but at no extra charge. Unfortunately I couldn’t get it to connect to my WiFi for my first customer and a phone call to RMS sorted it. The assistant, Melvin Onu was great, he was really patient with my hearing problems and lack of technical skills but we got there in the end - thank you!
