After a delay in shipping, when the package arrived, it was bent, broken open, and the item missing. I sent pictures asking for a replacement. Their reply was not immediately affirmative. After the weekend, I received an email informing me that they had no more stock and so issued a refund. I still want the item, but I was left with the impression that I had been flushed as a problem customer. Then, I was offered $5, asking me to improve my rating from 1 star to 5. I replied that they couldn't buy my 5-star rating for $5 but they could by selling me the item I wanted.

The only place I could find them
The only place I could find that carried the 'eye bolts' in the small enough size that I needed. It did take 3 weeks for them to arrive, but they look good and work great.
