Everything was so easy to find.

I placed my order 12/13 and it did not ship until 12/21, although the label was created on 12/18. On 12/19 I called the store to make sure the order shipped, since it was for Christmas, and was told 3-4 day processing was normal and it did ship, but that was a lie. It shipped 2 days later. So, in 2024, this place takes two weeks to get an order out the door. Plan accordingly, because something is wrong with their internal and external service. No one seems to know what's going on, not even the Cust Srvc girl I spoke to.

I paid $35.00 for 2 day shipping. I placed the order on the 21st and didn't receive it until the 26th. Just missing Christmas by a day!
