Not next day delivery as stated the order was made at 14.30pm not 19.42pm às your reply states. Your banner on your website says next day delivery it does not say free delivery if ordered before 2pm perhaps this something you should add. LTTP been in contact and have fixed problems so have changed review to give credit where it's due

I’ve now made 3 separate orders& have been more then happy each time. Cant believe the quality of the clothes which feel great&don’t get damaged or shrink if I wash them - apparently ex-branded so I’m guessing that’s why. Delivery is always on time and customer service is good too, quick if I have a query on live chat
