Fantastic website.Even had a code that was a great deal of some Items. Very happy with this company. Will buy from again. Ordered on Friday, had it by Monday and I'm in the Scottish Highlands. Quality clothes. Well worth it. Have no complaints.

Crappy service , ordered 2 items as a birthday present a month ago, one item came the other didn't . I have tried to contact them a handful of times but no reply . They take your money and leave you with nothing . Won't be using their site again. Other companies don't treat customers like this so why should they .

Don't bother with this place, it's some guy operating from his bedroom. They use an awful courier. No help when parcels are dumped wherever. Avoid if you don't want the hassle of trying to get your money back! Very unprofessional.

Rubbish customer service! Do not order from this company. Paid for next day delivery,item was due today but according to yodel they couldn't locate my address i do not live in a obscure place just a normal street. Contacted yodel they told me to contact the company i ordered from which you can only do my email by the way. They basically told me not their problem they did their bit so it's down to yodel. Meanwhile I'm left with no parcel & no refund!

ordered 4 items - 2 of which were very poor quality but for the price could not complain My biggest concern is that after a week from receiving and emailing 1/2 times a day I have still not been able to retrieve a RAN number so as i can return the goods. What i find even more shocking is that they refuse to reply to your emails yet we the customer have to pay to return them

Recieved my jumper today only ordered it last Thursday. Quality is good and fits perfect. Will be shopping here again very soon. Great work

I bought a 6 tems from them, after I paid, they didn't confirm the payment and asked me pay again a different amount cause one of the items were out of stock. They sent me the 2 others and now, I need to return one but pay the postage which I shouldn't because it was a mistake from their website. The customer service wasn't helpful at all. I would never recommend this company to anyone and definitely not buying again.

I am so impressed with lessthan10pounds, I bought 3 pairs of shoes recently and they arrived under 2 days, as well as the shoes themselves look very high quality. I was a bit worried that being as low priced as they were they wouldn't be the same product as shown on site, but they are identical and I am very happy as the designs are very cool! I was also really impressed with their customer service as I had originally ordered the wrong size and they replied very fast and fixed the problem. Needless to say I'll continue shopping there and would recommend the site to anyone!
