Matt and Always Prompt are absolute legends. Same day service, knew what the problem was straight away and fixed in a few minutes.

My initial call was at 2.46pm. A very helpful person took the call. The washing machine was booked for 2 days later with a promise that our job would be brought forward if possible. Can you believe this! By 4.30pm the same day Sam had fixed the machine with a super friendly smile and also gave my wife a couple of tips when using it. As business people ourselves we highly recommend Sam and his team. Thanks for an experience we will never forget. How can we give you six stars???
