Order placed 11/30/24 not received
I placed my order 11/30/24 and order was processed and sent out in 48 hours as indicated. I was keeping an eye on tracking as I work long hours and didn't want to miss ETA so I could let my husband know. Last tracking info was that it had passed through customs 12/13/24 and has on 12/14/24 had been turned over to the last mile facility. On 12/20/24 sent email to support inquiring of ETA with no response. I sent another email today Christmas, if I get no response from this company I will be contacting my credit card company to file a fraudulent claim. To those that have received their pillows yay but to discredit anyone who has a negative experience with this company is wrong. I order on line and other items I have order the past few weeks have arrived without a hitch. I tried to be patient and be understanding to the fact it's a busy time of year however the lack of communication and the non existing customer service is unacceptable.

Company not truthful about money-back guarantee
I purchased a Flyhugz pillow in November, and when it arrived the stitching was defective. I contacted the company and they initially responded saying they would help, but then have not responded to any further correspondence. So much for easy 60-day money back guarantee.
These guys suck...period
These guys suck...period. After the product arriving late prior to our trip and ordered weeks in advance the refuse to answer multiple emails and phone calls. These guys are dirty. Do yourself a favor and don't order from them.

This is a scam! I placed an order two weeks ago and sent three emails, none of which were answered. I demand a refund immediately. Their good reviews are likely fake, and I regret not checking more thoroughly before purchasing from them! Dec 23 response Thank you for your response, but I must point out that it does not align with the reply you posted publicly on Trustpilot. While your public response suggests a willingness to prioritize resolving my issue and even offering a refund if delivery cannot be completed, your private email has repeatedly deflected my refund request by claiming the parcel is “in transit.” As you are aware, in 2024, shipping processes are electronic, and parcels can be intercepted or canceled. Your refusal to take this step demonstrates a lack of commitment to customer satisfaction and consumer rights. To date, I have communicated with your support email (support@flyhugz….) numerous times over the past two weeks, yet my concerns remain unresolved. If you are truly taking my concerns “very seriously,” as stated, why have you not issued my refund yet? I do not want to receive this product, and I reiterate my request for an immediate refund. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will escalate the issue further. Please clarify why your public and private responses are inconsistent and why this delay continues.
I received the package very late
I received the package very late, When I placed an order they emailed me saying that would take up to 2-3 weeks to receive the package. The customer service is so bad they only take emails and never pick up a phone call. The FLYHUGZ website looks like a great perfect review for all users, but it's not true this thing can't be trusted after I used it it was a nightmare, I had long-distance flights, and this thing made my trip worse on the planet. The pillow DOES NOT WORKING WELL AT ALL. I will never suggest anyone buy this thing and the package came from CHINA…………

I liked the travel pillow so much, I was able to gift them to my team members at work for Christmas! The company was so accommodating and shipping was timely! My coworkers enjoyed getting something different that they will use! Thank you FlyHugz!!

I ordered a pillow plus the purse on November 22, 2024. I still have not received the order I paid for. The tracking system does not work. It says it cannot find the order. I emailed the company (support @hugz like the bill tells you if you have not received your order) two weeks ago as the order was shipped from China on the 24th. I got a reply soon after saying it would be here between December 2 to 9 and nothing arrived. I have now this week sent two emails to customer service and have not got a reply. I thought this was a reputable company. I really hope I get the two items I ordered soon and a reply from customer service.
