Ordered a couple of items. I accidentally put an incorrect address on the purchase. I had instant responses to all emails. Products arrived and are great quality. Neck Pillow and eye mask. Would definitely use these guys again.

The Flyhugz bag is poorly made and a disappointment. Waste of money. Do not buy.

Yes, my order was delayed but they communicated clearly about the issues they have had recently with the current factory. I purchased two For a trip out of country from California to Australia. They are fabulous! They allowed my family to sleep 3/4 of the trip due to the comfort and design. I am purchasing more for the rest of the family. 10/10 recommend!!

This a fantastic product which is well designed, easy to use and sooo comfortable. We are looking forward to flying long haul and finally getting some sleep. I would also like to mention that the customer service from FlyHugz has been exceptional!

My pillow was never delivered. I was unable to track online as the tracking number Did not match up with my delivery address. When I contacted them about non-delivery they said that I had to contact the local post office, my neighbours, and the delivery company to either find the item or written proof that it hadn’t been delivered. By this time I had been on the long haul flight back to Australia where I live and could not contact those people even if I should have wanted to. They are basically saying I’m a liar claiming not to have received it. How can I prove a negative? I have been cheated out of the purchase price. Edit I emailed “John” below +12 times but got the run around and no satisfaction at all. No refund no pillow - asking me to do the impossible. Absolute time wasters. My advice is avoid this company completely.

Pillow smells of cigarettes right out of the bag! I washed the cover and the memory foam and when I put it back together - still stinks so it’s imbedded in the foam which means they smoked where it’s produced. I spent way too much on Instagram ($35) and also the covers zipper broke immediately after I took it off to wash. Also despite being outside to dry for 2 days - it’s still damp day 3 so this is a whole thing. Do not buy.

Great product, quick delivery

I’m updating my review because this company is very responsive to customers and I found their response pretty decent. The product is poor quality. I used to work at a dollar store and we sold a very similar product for $4. That’s why you will likely want to return it and you likely won’t be able to. The reason you won’t be able to is because they are actually located in Israel (cost of shipping back would outweigh any refund you get). That’s the part that really got me. I don’t like being lied to and their website clearly says they’re located in New York and started in Chicago. The fact the product is crap- whatever- a lot of people are selling garbage. But lying about your location- I really don’t like that (and the reason that they would lie about being in Israel is obvious). I think that’s very shady and I would advise against purchasing from this company. However, they did offer me a partial refund which I appreciated.

BEWARE IF YOU WANT TO RETURN YOUR ITEM. THEY WILL REQUIRE YOU TO SEND IT TO ISREAL WHICH COSTS AS MUCH AS THE ITEM YOU WANT TO RETURN. THEY LIST A NEW YORK ADDRESS BUT THIS IS NOT A VALID RETURN ADDRESS. TOTAL SCAM.

After my order I had an email inquiry which promptly replied to and my order arrived within 2 weeks in time to give my gift to my mate who was flying out. I’d recommend this neck product and fly hugs. I’ll be buying from them again.
