Don’t buy it

Don’t buy it! I bought it three weeks ago and still have not received it. I am traveling next week. There is no response from the customer service telephone number or email. It’s impossible to cancel the order or get any help from them. It’s fraud! I was looking forward to it, so disappointing.

A GAMECHANGER

The neck pillow and eye mask will put you to SLEEP. I just got off my flight from Canada to Texas and was able to sleep the entire way! Both your neck pillow and eye mask are game changers!! I've actually been looking forward to my flights now just so that I can use it - haha! Truly amazing products! I even use them on long car rides!! (Shipping is a little long but for the quality of their products, it's worth the wait)

Do not buy off this company.

I agree with the other people who have submitted negative reviews. Even though I paid for priority shipping I am still waiting after 18 days and tracking is saying the pillow is still in China. Do not buy off this company, it is fraudulent.

The best travel pillow ever

The best travel pillow ever! I bought these on a whim from a Facebook add as me and my fiancé travel a lot and he does fifo so he flys weekly. I wish I saw this sooner and this for our USA trip. Most comfortable neck pillow! Keeps your neck straight and snug no sore neck! I'm gonna be buying these for all my family! Also need to get the eye mask as it looks heavenly!

I’d give zero if I could. I have emailed multiple times for instructions on how to return and receive refund. They have yet to respond.

It took about 2 months to arrive and…

It took about 2 months to arrive and did not arrive on time for my trip. This crap is from China. I asked for a refund and emailed them a million times to cancel the order. When it arrived, the stitching was horrible. Also, the foam material used is garbage. There are even holes in it. Why can't people make good products anymore!!!

There is no 100% money back guarantee

The product comes from China and stinks like chemicals. The 100% money back guaranteed does not exist since customer service doesn't exist. I have tried to contact the company via email, phone, text and even the online form. It has been complete radio silence. Save your money and do not help such a worthless company continue to sell such a crappy product.

Cross body bag - so disappointed

Bought a cross body bag. Was pricey after conversion to cdn $$. Was very disappointed. Very poor quality. Stitching is coming apart after using once and only put essentials in the bag (it wasn’t heavy). The adjustable strap does not stay in place. This is why I bought it so it would stay put across my chest. It falls down to my hips. Not acceptable for the money. Sorry I bought it. Probably would have gotten a better quality bag from Temu or Amazon and paid less. Should have read the reviews first. Won’t make that mistake again.

A huge relief 😅

Oh my life, I was so scared of what might happen to my order after ordering and then reading all these 1* reviews 😅😅 So, from what I can gather, they had a massive warehouse change in March and all these orders took ages! I’m letting you know (10th June 2024) it only took 2 weeks for mine to come and I’m in New Zealand! I was so nervous to open and realised I had wasted a good $100NZD 😅 after read all the super bad reviews for this product. However, I’m absolutely stoked with this product!! A bloody happy surprise! It honestly does hold your head up so your neck doesn’t flop over! I haven’t actually traveled with it yet but I was stoked that it was really snugly and actually supported my neck. I love the sleeping mask thinking because it completely blacks out the light 🫶 just need ear plugs and I’ll be away!

I ordered a pillow

I ordered a pillow. It did not arrive in time for our vacation which included a 14 hr flight overseas. Upon return I have tried to contact company using all the available options, phone, email and messaging. Pillow never used. Not one return response. After numerous attempts I have become so frustrated that I just want to throw the pillow away. You have the absolute worst customer service. Marsha
