I saw the ad and it seemed reasonably…

I saw the ad and it seemed reasonably priced. I assumed it was au dollars. But was US dollars which added 2/3 to the price. They also don't say it ships from China. They give very little tracking details. Nearly 2 weeks later I am still waiting From their basic tracking it seems it has not left China. They say fast express delivery. They actually deliver in Australia through fast horse who are the worst couriers going. Probably never get it. Luckily I paid via PayPal so will give them another week then chase up with them.

I would give a zero stars if possible. When my order didn’t arrive after 3 weeks I contacted them to find out its status. First they said check the website it explains delays. The I replied back I had and it was now past 3 weeks. Then they said it would be here the following week. It didnt show and I asked for a refund. Then the said it had already been delivered. The new tracking number showed a delivery but not an address. They told to contact the delivery service. I told them it’s not my responsibility to track down a package they shipped. Again asked asked for a refund. Nothing. I tried to track down the package and found out they insured it. So they are covered for loss and they refuse to refund me. I’m out of money and no product and they could care less. Buyer beware. May be a scam

Product Not Shipped

Filed a dispute with my credit card company today as I was charged for two items 10 days ago that have not shipped - no further from FlyHugz past the original order confirmation. Reached out via email, text and phone with no answer. Site claims 24/7 customer service.

Poor Customer Service

I was very disappointed with the customer service of this company. I ordered my neck pillow 2 weeks before leaving on my trip. The product arrived after I left on my trip. Upon returning, I emailed the company about a return & refund and they said they would not allow me to return the product for a refund, the website never said there was zero return policy. They offered me 20% on next product ordered. I would never recommend this product regardless of quality, if they do not allow you return the product if it not longer needed it.

I was not hopeful for this product, but…

I was not hopeful for this product, as the reviews are really bad on here. But, I don’t think these people bought a legitimate product. This product arrived exactly as described and is soft memory foam and doesn’t smell. Overall a decent product. The downside is it took quite a long time to arrive, luckily it arrived a day before my trip. Also, I paid 40USD and that was supposedly half price. It is not worth 80USD if that what the full price is, and 40USD is probably still a bit overpriced.

PAID $NZ63.86 BEWARE

I had no idea when I ordered this that it was in US Dollars. I live in New Zealand and expected it to be in NZ Dollars. Also I am unable to contact you through your website. I have been trying for 6 days and all of your links have been flagged by Google as being dangerous. My friend ordered one through TEMU and received hers within 3 days and only paid one third of this price. I have been clearly ripped off! I have been charged $63.86 Please refund the item and recall the item as it has still not been delivered.

The pillow is just perfect!

The pillow is just perfect! I used to not be able to sleep on the plane and having lots of redeye flights is not a good combo... After getting this pillow I can finally sleep on the plane as my head is not moving around!! So so happy!!
