Never arrived

I bought my items tablets to lower blood sugar levels, on purchasing I was told I would receive an email for order I received nothing but my money was taken I ordered months ago and waited I had no email then an excuse, I waited and waited and afre months nothing arrived, terrible service, automated number which hangs up on you when you try to call . Terrible service, no offer of refund so I had to claim it back from PayPal I'm still waiting for the refund after waiting do long for my items, NOTHING ARRIVED 😞 and they WERE NEVER POSTED, I didn't even get the confirmation as promised with the order

I am still waiting for the delivery which considering the length of time it’s beyond ridiculous. You can’t talk to anyone as there is nobody available & when you send email as instructed you get reply without any relevant information I would never use this company again. All the other firms I use managed to deliver

I ordered August 14th

I ordered August 14th, now October 4th, never received, other than confirming that my order was received and passed over to dispatch I've had no reply, then after inquiries were sent to PayPal I have received a full refund, thank you pp, but quite frankly despite covid19 there isn't any reason why I received poor service. I order from the far East and get orders in days not months Vic Lowestoft UK

Goods never received, refund never given. Awful customer services!!

Wow, I am both shocked and quite angry that I have been asked to review the services of a company that send blanket replies to e-mail enquiries and not personal ones to your specific e-mail. Still waiting for my order after 2 months of having received nothing and constantly chasing them, have requested a refund and they just ignored that e-mall. Conpany not helpful at all, would never order from this company again and have told friends to avoid. Really bad experience!! Avoid at all costs!!

THIS ORDER IS SERIOUSLY OVERDUE AND WAS SLOW TO BE DESPATCHED & NO ONE REPLIES TO EMAILS

I am still waiting for my order to arrive - it is now 2 weeks overdue from the longest expected arrival. It is now 9 weeks since I placed the order and still no calcium tablets have arrived. . I email for updates and only get standard letters and absolutely no information. They do not answer questions. I do not think the service could be worse than I have experienced.
