Items never arrived

I placed an order for a couple of items on 7th August 2020. As of 4th October the items still haven't arrived. I've been in contact with customer services who advised that the items were due to arrive on 21st September. They are using Covid as an excuse for the late delivery. Currently I have no idea when or if I will receive my order. Next step is to request a refund.

The full order in the first place has…

The full order in the first place has still not arrived. The 2 bottles of vitamins and capsules which arrived, also Chamomile capsules are Best Before 09/20... arrived October 20. I had sent a feedback but there is a reply stating they are all very busy because of COVID ! I’m a frontline Doctor and I know how busy COVID is ! If you’re not able to provide quality products please stop providing. Let’s see how the rest of the order is, if it arrives. Very disappointed.

Poor service

Placed an order 23/8/20 received a e-mail to say delivery expected 21/9/20. Still waiting, e-mailed company, received a reply stating delivery 21/9/20. E- mailed back to say that was two weeks ago. Awaiting order and a response.

Do not buy anything from this company unless you want to give your money away. Ordered stuff in August and it still hasn’t arrived. They’re full of excuses and are only trying to fob you off. You e been warned.

Disgraceful Service

Disgraceful Service From ordering to receiving was roughly 7 weeks ,I contacted customer service which was an automated response. Never received all my order. Will never use again ,absolutely horrendous service . And just after receiving due to my review an email as a gesture of goodwill a £10 refund .(what a joke) Stop using covid as a scapegoat for your terrible service as many other companies still provide excellent service given the current climate .
