2 months since ordering and still not…

2 months since ordering and still not arrived. If I was told it would take this long I would never have ordered from this site. Certainly won’t be ordering again.

Order still not arrived. Some update on delivery would be helpful. Order was placed on 6th august. Also it would be better to be told at outset that this shIps from USA.

Disappointing and want a refund!

Placed an order on 23rd August and am yet to receive it. Have been refused a refund and have been told I won’t receive one until 5th October so I intend to call them tomorrow and request one immediately. I have ordered from this website before - sometimes I receive the items, sometimes I don’t. They say it’s because of coronavirus but I’m getting a bit fed up with companies using this as an excuse. I’ve ordered plenty of things online in the last 6 months which have arrived next day etc, so I’m not accepting this excuse.

I didn’t receive 2 orders

I didn’t receive 2 orders. I emailed them but got the standard response to an email. Asked for refund. No response. Have taken this up with PayPal.

I have not received my order at all and…

I have not received my order at all and now have opened a refund case via PayPal. My first and last experience with this so called company is to stay away. They do not answer telephone calls or have a live chat and using the Covid-19 pandemic as an excuse not to deliver your orders. The whole world is trading except Health Monthly. They have installed an answer machine message that repeats the same message at all times.

The only reason I am giving it one star…

The only reason I am giving it one star as it has not yet arrived, this is the second parcel that has not arrived (the last for which you gave me a refund) but wondering if this about to happen again...Previously I have always been happy with your delivery service and arrival of parcels and I use your website often, perhaps there is a delay because of the virus...if so apologies in advance in case it does arrive later. Many thanks.
