I have used health monthly a number of times in the past and always been happy. Unfortunately I have been waiting for an order for months now, when I email to ask what is happening, I don’t get an answer to my question asking where my order is, I just get a reply saying sorry it’s delayed. Terrible customer service

Item did not arrive. Then had the audacity to ask for a review. AVOID *to answer you’re reply. Maybe send emails to inform customers items are running late and turn off your ask for a review automation until items are sent

I have ordered over three months ago…

I have ordered over three months ago and am still awaiting my product. I have contacted them several times for a refund but just got an automated response, blaming the Covid crisis. There is no phone number to speak to anyone about this. This company is a rip off, they take your money and fail to deliver. To avoid disappointment, I would avoid buying anything from this place.

I have waited two months for a UK…

I have waited two months for a UK delivery. I have had three requests for updates and have two identical responses telling me how individual and unique our relationship is and how I should not leave an unfavorable review because of the global health crisis. Apparently they don't know that this crisis was navigated almost completely on the postal and delivery system of this country. My request for a refund has not been responded to so i suppose our unique and special relationship is no longer as deep a bond as it was when they took my money and failed to deliver the goods.

new UK delivery charges too expensive

Please consider putting back your UK delivery charge policy, the new one is very costly and you will loose your customers like this
