Even bearing in mind Covid problems the delivery is not good enough - I ordered in July and still not received. Since posting the review I have received a full refund (which is very fair) and accept Covid will have caused problems. I will consider ordering again in the future because the prices looked good.

I have written a few times to find out where is my order that I placed in July. So far I have not received any positive response. I haven’t received my order at all.

AVOID THIS COMPANY - I ordered a product on 30th July & it has never arrived. You cannot speak to anyone on the phone as it’s e mail contact only! I sent an e mail to chase up where my order is & get an automated e mail in response blaming delayed orders on covid! (Funny how other companies can get orders out on time) I then filled in the contact form on their website a week ago to ask for a refund as my order has clearly got lost in the post & they have never got back in touch! Disgusting service I will never order from this company again!

No more, waiting over 3 months for order, ridiculous

My order hasn’t arrived, it’s been since mid August I am waiting. Why are u sending me emails that it has arrived. If I won’t get it by Next few days I need money back,

Never received 2 out of 3 items ordered, despite waiting for more than a month - still waiting for my refund !!

Placed an order on the 2/8/2020. The capsules that I ordered had not arrived by the 23/8/2020 so I placed exactly the same order with Power Nutrition Ltd. They delivered my capsules 3 days later. Now on the 26/9/2020 my order with Health Monthly has still not arrived and I am still trying to get the money that was taken from my bank on the 3/8/2020 refunded. Easily the worst experience I have had whilst shopping online.

EDIT- very dishonest organization, No refund has been processed, no tracking number was assigned therefore it never even left their stock. I've sent 6 messages asking for a refund and they keep asking me to be patient and won't refund my money. Please avoid Not received my order in over 3 months and some gentleman named John Antigua keeps asking me towait another month but won't just simply issue me a refund. The item hasn't been shipped as there is no tracking but he refused to refund.
