The "washup" caddy I purchased is great and looks very stylish next to my sink. However it took a long time to reach me because it was sent via Royal Mail, who took 4 days to deliver it after it had reached my local sorting office ( which is less than 5k away)

Everything was easy to order however system would only take payment by apple pay at the time of ordering? Parcel was delayed due to courier taking it to wrong delivery hub . Love my decorations and light fittings thank you

Medicine cabinet delivered next day. Small dent on front but plumber had to put it up that day. Looks great in new shower room

Ordered paper star. Unfortunately I’ve had to repair the star, ie: use sellotape to repair and hold it together. Poor quality.

Item arrived quickly and delivery company followed instructions well and left package safely. Pleased with the airer. Bought to replace one bought about 25 years ago from different shop. Bit expensive for what it is, but quality seems fine. It is a good tall airer and easy to put up, take down and move around (both collapsed and when up)

Great products delivered quickly.

I love love love the string of a Maddox Pom Pom garlands but the teardrop baubles are very disappointing as do not stay fastened and the paper is so soft that it peels. I have emailed my concerns about this product but have yet to receive a reply. I haven’t had an issue with Maddox baubles purchased last year.
