Ordered 2 door mats from here, they are really poor quality. Not hard wearing at all and not sturdy enough to be a doormat. Emailed customer service and sent photo's of them to be told that they can't offer me a refund as they won't be able to re-sell them. The mats were poor quality and the member of staff who replied to my email didn't even respond to what I had mentioned and said they matched the pictures on the website. My issue was with the quality of the product. I will not be purchasing from this company again.

The product was great for keys. It was the right size, well made and quickly delivered. An ideal place to put car keys on the top shelf. Looks lovely in my utility room. The only criticism was that there were no screws supplied.
