Great product, well packaged and fast delivery

Easy to order and it arrived on time very well packaged

Having had problems with Garden Trading in the past, with several orders over the last five or six years arriving with items broken, missing, delayed or (in one case) duplicated, I decided to give them a rest for a couple of years. They've had a tough time as a company with ownership change etc, plus the pandemic, so when I got a 'please try us again, we won't let you down' offer with 25% off and free postage I thought I'd take a look online. As ever, the products are gorgeous. Having spotted one item that I really liked, I ordered it (and did the inevitable of popping a couple of other bits in), so when the package arrived minus item#1 I was a bit disappointed; it said it was 'to follow'. Busy with life, it took me a day or so to check, but the restock date was Aug '27 so I contacted them. It took four working days to receive a reply, when I was told that there was nothing in the system to say when it was going to be reordered so I could have a refund or the item in a different colour. The following week, the exact same thing happened with a separate order (again item#1 missing) though this time they reached out to me instantly offering a refund (it was discontinued). The customer services manager was excellent, as were her team; there is nothing to fault there. However, she did give a small insight into the systems being operated and, in this digital age when retail systems are ten-a-penny, they still seem to use manual labour. So, beautiful items and lovely people in customer services who try their best when things go wrong, but two problems with two orders in the space of a couple of weeks is not what I call 'good'. And they're still advertising one of the discontinued items on their website.
