I’m giving Garden Trading five stars because, although the garden fork that I purchased arrived with a small but visible dent in the handle, they very very quickly sent me a replacement and invited me to keep the one that I already had. The speed and generosity of response, I think compensates for it being damaged in the first place. I have several products from garden trading now and I’m very pleased with all of them. Great company!
