on this occasion I bought a sales item. I have found they are genuine, quality items and can be had for really good prices, especially items that are out of season as was the case for me this time. There was good communication re delivery by a courier and the item arrived on schedule as planned. Happy to shop with this company anytime and not just in the sale.

I still have not yet received my order. DPD have been holding it for 2 weeks. I have contacted DPD as well as Garden Trading multiple times and I have not been helped. Each day, it says we will deliver it today and then it doesn't get delivered.
