One item on my original order was incorrect and the other item was described wrongly in the advertising so both items returned. I requested replacement of item that was incorrect and it took 14days to arrive! I sent two emails to Customer Services did not receive one answer!! The other item was refunded with Postage taken off. So not very happy. However the courier company was excellent in keeping me updated. Margaret Mansfield
