I bought these lamps as gifts for neighbours in case of power cuts this Winter and am delighted with them. They are so easy to activate and give a tremendous light, so reassuring to older people.

The item took 30 days to arrive. This was too late to use as a gift. We have returned. Very disappointed.

Received an e-mail saying order was complete. However only received 1 of the 2 sonic cases ordered. You click on customer services to see contact by e-mail forbidden. The remaining options are either post or phone at a premium rate, disgusting!

The product is excellent but regret I found delivery very disappointing. The order was confirmed as 30th November and I paid £9 for next day delivery. I did not receive my package until 3rd December!!

The expertverdict `managed to get the parcel to me after the delivery had said that the one for me had damage to my parcel and expertverdict had rung me to keep me informed of what happening.
