Easy to assemble, strong and sturdy, looks brilliant

The first impressions are horrible as the BBQ comes in too many separate pieces, with instructions that could be clearer. To top it up, the final bit - to secure the lid - is extremely fiddly and took us half an hour of frustration to get right. Total assembling time = 2.5 hours. The BBQ itself looks great but it already came with minor bumps that look like either bad manufacturing or mishandling when packing. I can't comment on how the BBQ performs yet as waiting for the good weather to use it. Overall good but they could have sent some parts pre-assembled without taking up much more space in the boxes.

Bbq is easy to put together clear instructions cooks food perfect best bbq i have ever had and will stick with cosmogrill in the future. The cover also fits on like a glove. Perfect. Thank you cosmogrill

The product is good quality- I opted for 2 additional items “ smoker” and the pizza plate however the application of these products is not covered in the installation manual or referenced. A QR code on the side of it would be helpful as the user manual. In addition the customs charges were a bit a stinger and wasn’t ready for that !

Quickly delivery. Bought a BBQ grill, came well packed and delivery quickly (just in time for BBQ). Instructions are nice and clear. Only issue I have is there is the centre back area that seems to cook super quick compared to the rest of the grill. Don’t know if this is a fault or how these grills are (just means I have to keep moving things are to cook evenly). Does the job overall.

Bits missing from the Rotisserie that we ordered. However, this was resolved quickly. Delivery driver damaged our property in which we had to go through DPD directly which they sorted. Apart from the hassle of this whole transaction (hence the 3 stars), everything else was ok.

For the price the 4-burner is really outstanding.

Arrived as expected, good customer services. I had a fault with the racks and they were replaced quickly without arguement. Love the BBQ, high quality and cover is better than any other I’ve tried. Would use them again.

Recently bought the CosmoGrill 4+1 deluxe. Took me 2hrs to put together on my own. Instructions and parts detailed and individually packaged. Had an issue with igniting the bbq , contacting the help desk for assistance. They were extremely helpful and patient with my queries.
