I ordered the wrong part as you did not have my grill shown in your catalogue. Tried using your online chat without reply. I was happy to accept that i ordered the wrong part but wanted advise on how to get the correct part. Since writing this review Josh from CosmoGrill has been in contact and has tried to assist and been very helpful. I think they may have had a glitch with their system, but they do seem a good company, i have appreciated their follow up and must admit i would use them again.

Purchased an XL smoker from this company and it was exactly what I was looking for. I was comparing a few charcoal bbqs and decided to go with this one. I’m so happy I did as it’s so strong and cooks beautifully. Delivery was quick and assembly took me about 2 hours or so.

Great pduct and easy to use

I would have rated them 4 or even 5 but the fact that there's a manufacturer fault (gap between the lid and the body) which doesn't fully closed so I gave 3 stars instead. Minus points on the service as well, they don't reply when messaged.
