I purchased the XXL BBQ smoker grill but it arrived in terrible condition. bent panels , covered in scratches and dents. One of the screws broke whilst assembling and is now stuck (unable to remove as it's just spinning) One customer service person told me I have to rip the screw out with pliers then someone else told me if I rip the screw out with pliers they will deny me a refund so now I'm unable to disassemble and unable to return unless I risk not getting a refund... So all in all a fairly bad experience so far , hopefully I can resolve things with cosmogrill

The bbq arrived as promised and the packaging was exceptional. It was unfortunate that the igniter for the back and side did not work correctly. I reported this by WhatsApp as requested, which was answered almost immediately, support was provided with recommendations and replacement parts which did resolve the issue. Special thanks to Kiran, who kept in constant touch until I had a satisfactory solution.

Fantastic customer service great bbq and a good price . We had issues with the lid not fitting properly as it was slightly out of shape as damaged in transit. I contacted the number given with the paperwork. They responded very quickly . We sent a video and the engineer came back with some instructions on how to resolve . The lid still didn’t fit so the very next day a new lid was sent. The problem is now resolved and we have a fab working bbq. Things go wrong when items are sent by courier , but this company took full responsibility and made sure we had a fully working bbq in a couple of days . It’s refreshing to get good service so thank you very much .. I will definitely recommend this company for a great product and fantastic customer service . 5 star ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I recently bought a cosmo XXL barbecue direct from Cosmo. Although there was a slight problem with the back panel of the barbecue, Kiran from customer service was really good and a replacement was sent immediately. Thanks.

Really liked the fact we were able to purchase replacement parts for our barbecue instead of chucking it and purchasing a new one. Not a lot of companies do this so it is great to see businesses promote sustainability and responsible consumption.

My item that was expensive has fallen apart. Has been covered all year but the paint has started to peel on multiple areas. Have tried to contact multiple times but they’ve not bothered replying. I’d advise buying another grill from a different company

What a great barbecue! I bought this one as I can move it around the garden. Overall I’m very pleased, well made, and easy to put together and all the little extra bits are well thought out and make it a great experience. I will definitely recommend it to friends and family!
