BBQ was delivered on the date requested. No issues with any items damaged etc. Went together really well with no issues. A few tips for people whilst assembling. I built the BBQ on a table at waist height (Outside Table), The adjustable handle bracket needs fitting with the tray (I missed that in the instructions). It is well made and the screw pack / nuts that is supplied is well labelled. Bought the cover as well and that fits nicely. Just need to road test it now but very pleased with it.

While tightening the screw of the top cover, the iron of the cover was punctured. But price is nice. I am still using.

I ordered what I thought were the right parts for my bbq but when they arrived I realised they wasn’t, called customer service and they sorted out the return/refund and sent out the correct parts that I needed - brilliant customer service and communication was excellent!

Despite having a somewhat confusing instruction manual the grill was relatively easy to assemble and all parts fitted without "persuasion" Follow up to some concerns was brilliant, Thanks to all.

Started of with a couple off problems but got sorted quickly so ended up a happy customer hopefully the problems I had mean no one else ends up with the same problems but would definitely order again was kept up to date as too what was happening all the time so thank you for the good service

Good quality BBQ. Easy to assemble. Good even heat across the grill. Easy to clean. Would definitely recommend. Had a slight issue with the thermostat, sent an email and replacement was sent and received within 2 days. Excellent customer service.
