The whole experience of dealing with Zenauto from my first point of enquiry to ordering the vehicle was stressfree. The regular emails keeping me updated were helpful. To top all of this I was given a delivery date for less than 3 weeks after ordering. I am very happy I came across Zenauto. I would highly recommend them to friends and family.

This was my first plunge into car leasing and ZenAuto have been absolutely fantastic from start to finish. From choosing a car through to delivery, everything has been so efficient and smooth. Cannot failt them so far.

I usually read reviews with a pinch of salt and very rarely write one. I have to say that from my first contact with Zen to the delivery of my car the team at Zen have been absolutely brilliant; polite, knowledgeable and efficient. They have met all the deadlines that they said they would and have kept me up to date at every stage of the process. Like I said, Brilliant.

Struggled at first to book the car for a service which I'd paid for as part of my monthly payment. Once I had lodged a complaint customer service got involved and were excellent at solving my issue with great communication. It's a shame it took me to complain as I have had a zen lease car for nearly 4 years with no problems.

Zen Auto have been nothing short of excellent the entire time I've been with them (2 years) - attentive, friendly & competent staff. GREAT prices on leasing. Nothing bad to say! If you're thinking lease is the way, then you have to strongly consider Zen!!

Fantastic customer service from Zen Auto all the way through my lease. Abi at Zen Auto particularly was super helpful when I needed a letter from them for a PCP deal I had gone with instead of a lease. She actioned it within 10 minutes of speaking to her and was so nice to deal with. I would absolutely come here when I choose to lease again, highly recommend!

The website is easy to navigate and experience was seamless. I’ve completed the whole process on a phone on a day with easy and straightforward steps. I have called customer service line couple of times and adviser was great and very informative. I am new to leasing and he took time to explain things to me. Overall very great experience! Thank you
