I ordered some clothes and they didn’t fit so I sent them back. They don’t refund postage or pay returns postage so I’ve had to pay £8.19 out of my own pocket to try some clothes on and find they don’t fit. I was also then accused of lying by their customer service team via email and not sympathised with despite my current financial situation that I can’t afford to eat this month. They offered me a 21p gift card for my troubles though 🥴

Always great service and prices. My favourite site for surf skate clothing. When I did have an issue Tia provided great customer service and couldn’t do enough to help. Want to say a big thank you to Tia for all her help and always a warm friendly manner

Excellent. Item came free post and arrived in 2 days. Much quicker than I expected. Item is great, good condition and cheaper than elsewhere.

I ordered a jumper from this site and it was covered in stains, I gave it a wash and the stains didn't come out so I asked for a return which they refused to give me because washing the product voids the warranty.. absolute B.S.

Fabulous with free delivery couldn’t have been better

Twoseasons has always offered genuine products and they are the standard prices as everywhere else. But the great thing is, the sales sections are always filled with new and various little gems for a reasonable price. Plus, the delivery is fast with DPD. Also, they went above and beyond when I accidentally ordered the wrong size and adjusted it right away over the phone.

Wasn't sure about this place after reading the reviews, but as they accepted Paypal, I thought I would give it a go. The delivery was fast, I got what I purchased and the price was great. So for me, it was a fantastic experience.

My delivery took over a month to arrive , they blamed it on the delivery company and it was not there fault , they refused any compensation for the extremely long wait . Will not be ordering from here again.
