When I placed my order for Maui Jim sunglasses, I wanted single power and my prescription was for bifocals, they emailed me to confirm I only wanted single power and not what my prescription showed. Thanks for checking! Processing and shipping was fast and my sunglasses are awesome!

I ordered Oakley glasses with prescription lenses and when I first looked through them, it was perfect. Cost of the frame and prescription lenses was half the price I would’ve paid to get them made close to my home

Almost a month to get glasses!
The speed at which the money for my glasses left my bank account was the swiftness and accuracy of little ninjas. Once Frames Direct had my money they changed from Ninjas to plain slow t-u-r-t-l-e-s. My glasses will arrive an estimated 3+ weeks after the order date! My glasses were purchased on Feb 8 (1949079-FD). On Feb 9 several pictures were submitted for the PD measurement. Each time I called to make sure the pictures were usable I was told a different story. Either the girl who does the PD was away from her desk, she was at lunch or the CSR was not sure where the girl could be found (CSR’s are wonderful by the way) I called 4 times between Feb 9 and Feb 10. I never did get a confirmation that any of the pictures were usable. Fast forward to Feb 15, 4:28pm, an email was sent from Frames Direct that said my glasses would be ready for shipment in 9-13 days! Obviously one of the picture sent over on Feb 9 was accepted. I do understand that my astigmatism takes an extra step but what happened to Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday??? It takes less time than that for the s-l-o-w-e-s-t turtle to reach the other side of the road!!! Since my “order clock” started at 4:28, Thursday, Feb 15, literally my order sat for over 100 hours! All in all my glasses will arrive more than 3 weeks after the order date! I would like to cancel but it’s unlikely the Ninjas will return my money! Customer Service did there best but the employees who control the process would not communicate and one of them definitely is a slow poke!!!
