I've been doing Les Mills since lockdown

I've been doing Les Mills since lockdown - at first because of, obviously, lockdown but once the gym opened I continue to use it - love the convenience of doing it on my own schedule. Love body pump and body flow - really motivating, great music and body workout.

74 years old and loving body pump

I have been doing 1 55 minute body pump work-out per week for at least five years now. I am 74 years old. I do other weight work outs during the week with heavier weights and less reps. This routine seems to work for me. I am happy and injury free. The only criticism I have of the program is that I feel the stretch is rushed at the end so I add additional stretches of my own.

Stellar Exercise Choices

I appreciate the coaches and the well-constructed exercise classes. I feel I get a full-body workout while using strong form. Being able to choose between a short class, a 30 minute class, or a whole hour class has been key for my fitness journey.
