Love Les Mills On Demand. I can't believe some of the reviews on here saying LMOD is a scam! Its really not. If you sign up for a free trial, after the trial you will be charged of course! I've been a customer for 8 months and I love it. The value for money is crazy. You have access to so many workouts with or without equipment. The coaches are fantastic. I have used quite a few different programmes and wasn't really satisfied with any. LMOD is by far the best in terms of value, quality and results.

They hooked me in with a free trial for a month. But I have been trying to cancel my membership for over two months, including emails and trying to do so on the website. It's not that easy to cancel. I have sent them repeated emails requesting a refund and do not get a response. Very poor customer service. A robot tells you that you will get a response but I don't. Gave them the right to reply but nothing back. I have not been using the service as I wanted to cancel. Now I've paid and not used. Will take up with my credit card company AMEX and they will take up with Les Mills. Hope this doesn't mean LM is barred from customers paying this way.

Absoloutley love Les Mills OD! Easily casted to my TV, the body pump is amazing!! Always sore the next day! The getting started videos are great, very informative on each move for beginners!

Love it!! Received a 60 day trial - they have a £1 authoring showing on my bank account, but no payments taken. I can now work out at home or anywhere after lockdown. Ive had to buy some equipment for the classes I do Step and Body Pump, but had a lot already. Exercise to music - its great. I may even cancel my gym membership as its a lot cheaper - Ill just miss my gym buddies!!

What a complete scam this is! "Free trial" yet charges your card immediately upon starting the trial. How is this free? AVOID AVOID AVOID!
