Great variety of workouts. The instructors are full of energy and really get you motivated. Nice that you can mix and match and pick a workout that suits you on the day.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE Les Mills on Demand. I love being able to work out when I want and having access to all the classes. I couldn't do that when I was at the gym. I also love being able to try new classes. I've done classes that I never would have tried at the gym. I wish everyone new and Les Mills.

I love Les Mills on Demand! I bore easily so the variety of classes available is great. I particularly enjoy the dance classes, body pump, RPM, and even use the Trip when I’m on the elliptical. So many options to get into the best shape of your life!!!

I think the app is excellent and I use it nearly every day. There is something on there for everyone. The programs I mainly use are RPM and Sprint and would love to see some of the missing sessions added ie for RPM the full versions of RPM 62, 64 and 65 and Sprint 01, 06, 07, 08

I couldn’t be happier with the workouts offered. The instructors are enthusiastic and very motivating. I will continue to use these workouts daily.

Background music and speed of exercises
Sometimes the background music is too loud, and I am unable to hear that the instructor is saying. Otherwise very good. In addition, in the flexibility exercise the change from one pose to another is too fast and I am unable to keep up. Flexibility 89 is at a 'perfect' pace for me.
