I am totally in Love with this app. The workouts are so many that I don't even have time to do them all. I also go to the gym where I aldo do bodypump, body combat and Shabam but I really love the fact that I can go back to do any of the classes that I like. I also like the hybrid workout where you get to do a bit of two or three workout! So I totally recommend this app!!!😍😍😍😍

Love the workouts how they are choreograph to some great music. It make doing the workout much more enyoyable

Not happy about the Covid lockdown in 2021, but it prompted me to exercise to Les Mills on Demand at home!!! I now work out five days a week with this App at home and only one day at a local gym. So many advantages this App has to offer. New workouts are constantly offered and the Hybrid workouts are a nice change to standard formats. The Dance classes are fun and energizing. A big plus is that there are different time increments for classes and a variety of workouts for focusing on particular body parts. With gasoline prices so high, it is such an advantage to work out in the comfort of one’s own home and tailor each workout to personal needs rather than rely on a local gym instructor’s direction- which is usually not as good as the Les Mills’ instructions. Form, timing and muscles worked are rarely mentioned at the gyms- the Les Mills App is the BEST professional total body workout on the market for beginners to advanced levels of fitness!

Started this during lockdown and not looked back ever since. Amazing classes and the best instructors, particularly love combat, pump and sprint. So many releases to choose from I’ve continued with On Demand even though the gym has reopened!

I only subscribe for The Trip classes! And love them.

I love the Les Mills on demand service and is all I use to provide my training. Only not 5 starts because the spin sessions often feature presenters wearing a cap backwards. Always a bad thing.

Excellent quality of workouts for cycling enthusiasts. Especially enjoy the sprint series as it pushes you to the limit. Good mix in RPM and Trip sections that gives a good mix of classes for all levels.

Absolutely excellent. So many classes to choose from. Superb 5* professional instructors. I used to do Les Mills Classes at my gym. I joined Les Mills On Demand right at the start of the pandemic and have been doing 2 classes per day four days per week. I don't think I could go back to a gym now as I'm spoilt by the brilliant instructors delivering such a high quality program. When my gym re-opened they were not offering Les Mills classes and still aren't so that is even more reason to keep doing LMOD. I enjoy the flexibility of being able to exercise when I want.

Amazing app and wonderful coaches and workout programs. Great instructor teams. Have used this app for almost 5 years and that's my favorite app anytime and anywhere. Perfect that I can download programs and use the app offline outdoors. However downloads and offline availability was functioning better in LMOD. I still struggle to get programs functioning when I am not connected to internet in LM plus app. The programs are downloaded but they still not always work when I am offline in LM plus. Did not have this problem with LMOD app. Love this app and LM team. Can recommend rom the deepest of my heart!
