Everything went wrong

Everything went wrong. They told me my toll free number would be up and running in 1 week. 1 year later and hundreds of calls and emails later still not connected. I paid for 1 year then they make it hard for you to leave future service. They make you jump through hoops. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!

unreliable service where the ability to send and receive text messages goes in and out and worst of all it doesn't even tell you that the messages aren't going through so communicating with a client is near impossible. Not recommended if you have a business to run

Their product is good but once you get into some problems, you will have the worst experience you can ever get from any customer service organization.

Really Poor Service.

Really Poor Service. Signed up, didn't use the service, wanted to cancel. The only way you can cancel is by calling them in the US or waiting for over an hour+ on their chatbot. Ended up calling Barclaycard and just cancelled the DD. Which is what I advise anyone else to do experiencing the same thing. It seems that they make it "impossible" to cancel. That's really sharp business practice. Really annoying, won't use them again and can't recommend them. Update to response below; your company takes hours to respond to the chat support, keeping people waiting for an hour on the phone. You could easily enable cancellation in the platform settings. You do it this way to avoid cancellations which is sharp practice!

Fixed our problem in less than 2 minutes

The associate had my issue resolved in less than 2 minutes. I had been trying to resolve with Chat bot to no avail.

Frequent Call/Text Issues

For the past year or so we have been having multiple issues where we are unable to call or text in or out or combinations of both (text in but not out; call out but not receive incoming calls). Frequency of issues seems to be increasing rather than decreasing

Can't Get a hold of anyone

I can't get into my account to cancel service I can't get anyone on the phone! I haven't never even used this service and need to cancel it but the company seems to be MIA

Can't seem to get any to get the job…

Can't seem to get any to get the job done. I'm being billed for two line and only ordered one. Talked to two different service reps, one was arrogant and condescending, the second one added another line to my account instead of deleting one.

The product is solid

The product is solid. Good reception almost always. Customer service is above and beyond! The price is really good too compared to others we have used over the years. No reason to leave them.
