Very poor communication

Very poor communication. My order has taken over a week only one item delivered out of two items. Ordered at the same time. Don't reply to emails.

happy to use again

ordered car stereo paid for 1 day delivery, it arrived day and a half latter. superfi kept me informed as to delivery. purchase was a "open box" item so was pleased all parts were present and still sealed in the box.

Pioneer Car Undderseat Subwoofer

Was dubious about buying from Supwrfi for the first time, I have checked the product from unpacking it and seems new and as it should, couple damaged areas on the box but product looks undamaged and new. Delivery was incredibly fast for next day delivery, I received it first thing AM. Cannot fault it, will install item soon and let you know how the product fares.

Very poor service

Very poor service compared to Superfi 5-10 years ago. Item ordered on website, but later told it was out of stock some days later, although no indication on the website stated this was the case. I replied advising I wanted a refund, whilst also highlighting a £10 postage fee for a 1m optical cable was extortionate. 5 days later and I've still not received a reply not refund.

Having to resort to this review because despite a few emails and a phone call now i still haven't received my order that was supposed to be delivered weeks ago. Customer service is absolutely shocking

New CD player required

I wanted a CD player at a reasonable price (around £200) and found one to suit my budget. Ordering was straightforward and delivered within 3 to 4 days. I was updated throughout the order process. Great service.

I bought a Tangent CD II and Ampster in…

I bought a Tangent CD II and Ampster in Dec '23. The CD player was always temperamental but failed totally in the Spring. I returned it, costing £13 postage, and got a replacement; That too, does not work properly. I tried calling Super-fi - the phone rings for a while and goes through to answerphone. I left a message. Left a message via their website. No response to either. I am assuming this company is in financial trouble, as this seems at odds with customer service others report on trustpilot. My advice is buy from here with care....great care. I'm now assuming I've wasted almost £300 (the amp is fine, but pointless without the matching CD player). Super-fi think its fine to ignore warranty issues - in my experience x2 - and I feel I have nowhere to go for a refund. Back to Richer Sounds next time. What a fool I've been.....

Item never arrived

Item never arrived, emailed to ask if it had been dispatched, ignored me, deal with this company if you have money to give away and don't really want a product. Utter rubbish. Disgusting treatment, appalling company.
