STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY! I should have checked trustpilot first , paid for next day delivery and then today when it should have been due I get this email ... it is shocking that they sell goods they don't even have instock ... obvious badly done drop shipping which is something you would expect from amazon ... when I asked for a refund I get told 3-5 days ! it should be an instant refund i paid through paypal! so case opened with paypal "Thank you for choosing to shop Superfi! Unfortunately, we've encountered a dilemma whilst trying to fulfil your order. We have been trying to get in touch with our supplier since yesterday regarding the AZ80 headphones that your ordered. We are yet to receive a response and therefore will not be able to fulfil your order for next day delivery as you requested. We will gladly be refunding your next day delivery costs today, however we would like to know if you are happy to wait until our supplier provides us with an estimated time of arrival for your headphone before you cancel your entire order?"
Good equipment but, service was poor
The equipment seems good. However, I paid for next day delivery (didn't happen but, got a refund on that). Speakers I ordered were suddenly not in stock (had to pay extra for replacements), only 1 cable turned up (ordered 2) plus, the website says that if you order cables and plugs, they will assemble for you (free). Mine came non assembled.
Cheap and quick
I bought from here since they had the best price for the subwoofer that I wanted. Delivery was also free for 3-4 day delivery which is as fine for me. I was pleasantly surprised when it came next day DHL.
Item wasn’t in stock then eventually…
Item wasn’t in stock then eventually delivered the wrong item which was returned and now they won’t issue a refund! No idea how such companies exist in this day and age. Avoid.

Great price, best on the web at the time, for a Pioneer BT single DIN unit to allow my daughter to connect her Mobile to the car for SatNav, Streaming music, hands free phone and messaging. Packaged and delivery great
Missing Item
I ordered a turntable and speakers with next day delivery. The turntable arrived as expected but the speakers weren't present. There was no correspondence to advise why this was, as far as I could tell they were just missing. I called the number listed online and pressed the option to speak to someone about the order and the person I spoke to was rude and advised he can't help. There was no offer to check the order and see why they were missing etc. Emailed the sales team and received an email back advising the speakers were now out of stock and that they should hopefully be with me in 2 weeks but no actual confirmation of when this would be. A week and a bit later the speakers still haven't arrived. I understand that sometimes things can be delayed and I'm ok with that but to receive no notification about why they weren't being delivered and then poor service when following up on it isn't ideal. A simple email advising that the speakers haven't been shipped but I will be notified when they're back in stock would have been much better service. Not delivering something that's been bought and paid for and then not advising why seems like a strange approach.
Superfi not at their best!
Superficial are usually a really good company to deal with. Quality products at good prices and quick delivery. I ordered Moseco speaker stands with next working day delivery. They were the stands I wanted in the colour I preferred and at a good price. This was on a Wednesday. I was told an email would be sent on dispatch. Nothing Thursday, Friday or Saturday. I emailed asking if they had been dispatched. They got back saying stock levels were low. I eventually received them the following Thursday. I wouldn’t have minded so much if they had just kept me informed of the situation. I had 6k worth of new hifi and I had to wait to put it all together! The stands, once received, were as described and beautifully made.
Do not refund postage on faulty goods returned and no email contact address
I bought a WiiM Mini device that failed after a couple of days. It cost over £8 to send it back and while I did get a replacement I have not got a refund of my postage even though I have reminded them and it is a legal requirement for them to do so. There is no email address to contact them by.
