Good Service Recovery, but...

My order on a Thursday (14:53) for next day delivery resulted in an email received on the Friday with an email promising next day delivery, but the tracker number was wrong. I called the helpline to find that delivery would not be until Monday(!) and that the tracker number had been issued but the parcel not sent. The person I spoke to said he would try and sort it out, but it was best to email a response, which I did. Someone sorted things out as I received my item on the Saturday. This was excellent service recovery, but it would have been better if 1) a tracker number hadn't been sent until the item was actually on its way. 2) Your site said delivery was the next working day (if that's actually the case). 3) A new tracker number had been sent for the parcel when it had actually been sent so that someone would be in when the (expensive) item was delivered.

Absolutely spot on! Great service, item wasn’t in stock but alternative offered and partial refund given. Would recommend and use again without hesitation.

First Rate Service

I initially ordered an item which was out of stock, Superfi contacted me very quickly and offered to replace my original choice with a generously discounted alternative which arrived promptly as usual. This is the third time I have used Superfi and have always found their service excellent. I strongly recommend them to other potential buyers.

Online sales process doesn’t work

Ordered and paid for an amplifier only to have the order cancelled 10 minutes later. I then rang the number given on the order confirmation email and got rerouted to the store who knew nothing about why the order was cancelled. Eventually was told they had no stock but the website didn’t reflect this. The guy I spoke to from the store was very friendly but they need to sort out the online sales process. So I ended up buying the amp from a different online retailer.

Why advertise a product you don't have in stock??

Bit annoyed that they were selling a product, with no indication that they had zero stock. It took me to chase and make enquiries why my product hadn't been delivered. Having spoken to a member of staff and received an daily, I've been given two different pos delivery dates. So in a "nut shell" I'm still no clearer to when my product will arrive.

I ordered a Sony midi stereo with a dab…

I ordered a Sony midi stereo with a dab radio for £100.The one they sent me was just a normal Am/Fm stereo.This website is going against the trading standards websites by adding details for products that do not exist.I could have bought the same stereo they sent me for £60.This was advertised as a DAB radio and had all the product information of the Sony dab radio but this is not what I received at all.This is misleading and wrong.I will be contacting trading standards for false advertisement.

Top Marks for After Sales Service

When you buy online the most important thing is - how does the company react when things go wrong? I bought an ATVM95SH from Superfi which, to my ear, was not tracking properly. No problem a replacement was dispatched and they arranged to collect the old one from me - I didn't even need to take it to a post office. Furthermore, I had actually ordered an ATVM95ML - which is £30 cheaper - but just before I sent my order, the last one had been sold. Rather than keep me waiting, Superfi emailed me to offer the more expensive SH cartridge instead at no extra cost. Of course you can buy HiFi accessories in plenty of places & probably have no problems but if there is an issue, you want to know the company will sort it quickly and fairly. Top marks to Superfi for their service: I will happily use them again.

Very easy to use online ordering but would have expected a discount offer as I made a new account with you I was a little confused as to delivery it said free next day delivery and when I got to payment it said next day delivery £4.99 wasn't impressed with that if your offering free next day delivery then do what you say not charge me £4.99 at payment many thanks Mr D Roberts

Exceptional Customer Service

great range of products, fantastic prices and exceptional customer service. I placed an order for 3 items on a Saturday afternoon and was listening to music with my new earphones the very next morning. Definitely buy from them again.
