Poor faulty item, poor customer service

I ordered a turntable which upon opening found to have manufacturing issues. Firstly I tried to find a return address on their website but nothing could be found so I contacted them by telephone. The guy I spoke with almost didn’t believe me when I was explaining the fault with my item but needless to say he explained how to return which I did over 2 weeks ago. Tracking shows the item was returned to them 15 days ago but they have yet to acknowledge the return let alone refund. Sent emails chasing but no reply. First time customer of super fi and unfortunately it will be the last. Poor item, poor customer service not much more to say.

Charged for service not received

Order placed 16/1/23 paid £4.99 for next day delivery. Did not receive delivery until 18/1/23. Requested refund of £4.99. Superfi blamed DPD.(It was parcelforce who were delivering) requested refund again. Was told to return the goods and get a ful refund.

Amazing service from the very start

Amazing service from the very start, was able to get the Revel M16s delivered at 8am got it set up quick and easy. Was informed about the location of the product and concurrent time of the delivery.

Excellent advice and superb delivery

I was looking to upgrade my stylus & headshell and having done some of my own online research I rang Superfi, they had the item in stock and gave me some helpful advice and I had the replacement headshell with me the next day. Many thanks indeed.

Attessa turntable

Very impressive from superfi. I had a slight problem with the turntable, but the team were very helpful. It's now sorted and sounds fantastic. Will definitely use them again. Big thanks to Martin.

Was pretty hesitant for shopping with Hi-Fi online and gave it a try. Guy on the life chat was pretty knowledgeable on the Yamaha RXV6A, got it at a pretty good deal. :) Till we meet again.

Cheap item, room for improvement

Best price on the web and promised next day free delivery. However item was not in stock and I was not informed until I contacted them. Granted I ordered just before new years but it should have not been listed as in stock or I should have received a notification once the bank holidays were over. Received the package 2 days after my enquiry. The item had no additional protection during postage except a plastic bag resulting in damage to the product’s box. Luckily the item worked fine.

Excellent customer service over the phone

Tried to place an order online but delivery costs were NOT CLEAR. On the product page it stated Free next day delivery, and whilst there was an * after the statement , the * was not at the bottom of the page with the additional information. Also on the checkout there was no information about free delivery. Rang the store and spoke to Anthony who resolved my problem and provided excellent customer service. He told me you needed to spend £70 to get free delivery but no where on the website could this information be found. The items I wanted were the same price on Amazon Prime. Anthony processed my order over the phone with a price match. Satisfied customer.

I called Superfi's online service for the first time today and spoke to Anthony, who was very knowledgeable and helpful in supporting my purchase decision. I will definitely use Superfi again in the future.
