Poor Customer service. They plugged in the car to diagnose what was was the issue, yet said it didn't show anything in the logs, even though I had outlined what was wrong with it. Within an hour of collecting the car, same issue again. No assistance from them in getting the car back in, just whenever they were free again. They then tried to charge me again for diagnostics. I also requested a copy the logs which was denied. People need to crosscheck what they are being charged for.

Job well done and car returned promptly on the day
