Received so much help which made for an excellent experience.

Work carried out was good but the customer service is terrible. They never have a replacement car available. They didn't offer to collect or drop off the car. They're under staffed so take weeks to carry out work. I pointed out that there was an issue with the clutch and I was told they couldn't detect any issues. A week later the clutch was completely gone. A friend had the same experience.

Very friendly efficient experience with service staff who try to accommodate me and fit in service to suit my routine.
