I got my car over 4 weeks ago

I got my car over 4 weeks ago. I complained that the hitch wasn’t fixed when I bought it and there was no car manual in the car. I still havent received a reply about it. I sent an email which I was told ye didn’t receive and then I rang and sent an email again and I still haven’t received a reply. Because I’m annoyed now I’m going to start nit picking from the day I picked up the car. The garage was busy so I said was going to get something to eat but was never offered a complementary tea or coffee which I saw when I sat down to wait after I went out to get something to eat and drink! Waiting then for someone that wasn’t made aware that I was waiting on them so wasted another 20mins sitting in reception. So in general I’m annoyed now with the service I’ve received

Follow Up and Follow Through

Overall experience was very good, i had crashed my car and was looking for a new car to buy. Sales were very helpful and i was able to find a used car that was what i wanted, however it had not been serviced or tested as it was new to the lot. Car needed to have the “works” done before driving it away which tool longer than expected. When i collect it the quality of the service was fair and the service report was not sent on.
