I found the experience dealing with J&P very positive. First contact was with Sean and he was very helpful we then dealt with Aidan on the day of sale. Aidan was very helpful and friendly and car was delivered to us after servicing,fully valeted and any issues we had indicated rectified. It was a good experience from start to finish.

Had a positive experience with J&P. No long waits, competent knowledgeable staff. I was happy with the service I received and would have no problems recommending J&P Douglas.

There was a very long delay with every aspect of the transaction, I waited 3 weeks for the car to be ready and then when it was ready there was still faults with the electrics and the handbrake. Now, over a month on from receiving the vehicle, I have still yet to receive so much as a receipt/invoice.
