I didn't feel pressured at any point of the process which I have experienced with other dealers in the past. When I was looking to trade in a previous car, I went to another large dealer in Cork and the salesman wouldn't even tell me what my cars trade in value was before trying to pressure me into agreeing to a deal, this was completely the opposite at Johnson and Perrott. They were completely upfront with price from the beginning and they were completely open to negotiating a great deal that suited everyone. It was one of the easiest transactions I've ever done when trading in my car. I can't recommend them enough.

The staff were excellent and made purchasing our first new vehicle very easy. Richie was very helpful in going through our options and Pat made the financing side an absolute doddle. Highly recommended.

The after sales service is terrible if something is wrong with your vehicle while it's under warranty. They drag their heels and don't contact you and don't give you confirmation of going for certain issues. If you don't have a record from there saying you went there, then in their records you were not. Very disappointed in them is an understatement.

The car was in to diagnose a fault that was caused by a third party replacing my windscreen. The fault was identified and fixed very quickly.

Got the car ahead of time due to a cancellation my only slight crib was the number plate was loose and I had to go to Mahon to get it fixed rather than Bishopstown which was much closer
