Nothing went wrong with the service, but still owed the bike rack which now Volvo seem to be reneging on. I know you are looking for us to change our Volvo for another model January this year or next. I will be doing no such thing until VOLVO / J&P honour their promise - now two years on.

The new window wipers are squeaking

Hi, people are great, your IT systems less so. I booked online, got a date, called up to confirm, and we changed service dates, as I need my car picked up. On the day of the original cancelled online booking date, I got a call asking where was my car, I explained we rescheduled. I then got a call from the Dublin call centre, reminding me I am due a service, when I was already booked in for a service.
