Order processed and received very quickly. I had to return the Three Wishes ring as the size I ordered was too small. A replacement in a bigger size arrived within 2 days of my return being received. A really nice touch that inside the box, the ring is in a lovely pouch and a surprise square chocolate saying "thanks for your order". Great service. Would highly recommend.

I ordered a beautiful dual colour Russian three band ring. It looked wonderful in the pictures online, but it exceeded my expectations when I received it. It is stunning. The delivery was quick and I feel that Silver by Mail go above and beyond, supplying a lovely box, velvet bag, cleaning cloth and a chocolate with the jewellery, that is a nice thought. Thank you ☺️

Ordered jewellery which i sent bk as it was not up to standard with stone missing in earring and faulty chain. After review they said they would get bk to me when recieved my return that was 3 wks ago im still waiting would not use company again
