I love this jewellery box

I love this jewellery box it’s everything I was imagining and fits all my jewellery perfectly I also love how the jewellery box can expand with me love it so much I will never stop raving about this product xx the only thing I would say that I have seen in a lot of reviews is there updating the customer and customer service could be better but I have had a great experience🥰

Item arrived damaged and not replaced

Item arrived damaged. I was then asked to take photos and then asked to return the damage box and told 'Once we receive the return, we will send you a replacement'. I have seen that the return was received two weeks ago and despite two emails asking when I can expect it, no response has been received. Now out of pocket £80!

Ignored and no refund

I had a very disappointing experience with Stackers. I requested a refund for a product that didn't meet my expectations and reached out to their customer service multiple times. Not only did I not receive my refund, but my emails have also been completely ignored. It's been over a month and I have yet to hear back from anyone at the company. This level of customer service is unacceptable. If you're considering purchasing from Stackers, be aware that if you have any issues, you might be left in the dark like I have been. I'm extremely frustrated and disappointed with this company and would not recommend them to anyone. Update- best way is to call finally got sorted with a lovely girl called Hannah

Faulty item received, ultimately resolved by customer service

Unfortunately having to leave a poor review as I am not getting anywhere with customer service. I received a faulty item on Tuesday and have had no response to my emails as of Friday, or answers to my calls (despite saying customer service is open M-F 9-5, the automated message says it is closed, having just trying to call at 11am on Friday). I would just like a replacement without having to pay for postage again, as the item is faulty. The only way to get a response it seems is to leave a review on here. Edited to add: I got through on the phone and have been promised a replacement is being sent. This arrived the next day so I have updated my star rating to 3. I still think it is quite poor that a faulty product was sent out with no checks, and that I was ignored by customer service for such a long time.

My thanks to Jadee for a highly professional and friendly service in replacing my faulty make up/jewellery bag. I called Friday and my new bag arrived Saturday. Excellent customer service, one of the best I’ve ever received. Thank you Jadee.

Gorgeous jewellery box

Gorgeous jewellery box, lovely quality , love that it can be personalised too with colours and a special date /initials. This was a special gift from my dad to my mum for their Sapphire anniversary and she was over the moon. Fantastic customer service and speedy delivery. Really happy with our purchase, will definitely buy again & recommend to friends and family.

After an exhaustive search for a gym…

After an exhaustive search for a gym bag, I found this one by Stackers. It looked beautiful online, showing tons of space and organization and when it arrived it was everything I imagined. However, 3 days after I got it, after just 1 use, I noticed wear and peeling on the handles. Beau, my Service Rep was very responsive and told me that this was an anomaly (he’s had one for years with no issues) and helped me resolve the situation right away. STELLAR Customer Service.”
